Standard orders without custom branding can often be accommodated with 2-3 weeks notice,
depending on our current production schedule.

Q: Why do you need advance notice?
Every batch is made fresh specifically for your event.

This small-batch approach is what makes our toffee special, but it requires proper planning time.
Q: How do I choose flavors for my event?
All of our flavors are available for corporate events with proper advance notice.
During your quote process, we'll help you select an assortment based on:
- Your guests' preferences
- Dietary restrictions (we have nut-free and gluten-free options)
- Event theme or season
- Mix of adventurous and classic flavors
Q: Do you deliver to all Park City venues?
Yes! Delivery is included to all Park City area venues including hotels, conference centers, and private event spaces.
We're familiar with large and small venues throughout Park City.
We can coordinate delivery timing with your venue or event coordinator.
For large orders, we can also assist with setup and display if needed,

Yes! Custom branding is available with 4-6 weeks notice. We can add your logo to:
- Custom printed tags attached to gift bags
- Labels applied to bags
- Custom inserts inside the packaging
Logo setup and customization details will be discussed during your quote process.
Minimum quantities and additional fees may apply for custom branding.
Q: How long does the toffee stay fresh?
Our toffee has a shelf life of 6+ months when stored properly (cool, dry place).
Q: What are your payment terms?
Payment is structured in two parts:
- 10% non-refundable deposit due at booking to reserve your event date
- Remaining 90% balance due 30 days before your event
Flavor selections can be finalized 4 weeks before your event, giving you flexibility to adjust based on final guest count or preferences.
We accept all major payment types.
Q: Why do you require a deposit?
The 10% deposit reserves your event date and production capacity in our schedule.
We're a small-batch operation, and holding your date means we may turn away other orders during that time.
The deposit ensures we're both committed to making your event special and allows
us to plan our production schedule around your needs.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
- Deposit (10%) is non-refundable once your date is reserved
- More than 30 days before event: Refund of payments beyond deposit (90% refund)
- Less than 30 days before event: No additional refund available
- Production begins approximately 4 weeks before delivery
At that point, ingredients have been purchased and production has been scheduled specifically for your order.
We'll confirm your production timeline when we send your quote.
Q: What if I need to reschedule or change my event date?
We understand that event dates sometimes need to change.
If your event is postponed or rescheduled rather than cancelled,
we can apply your payment to the new date if it's within 6 months of your original event.
Contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options,
the earlier you let us know, the more flexibility we have to accommodate the change.
